The Fitness Department at BRSC has Something For Everyone! If exercising with a group of people motivates you, try one of over 45 group fitness classes that are offered each week. Some prefer the solitude of working out alone … our weight and cardiovascular rooms are just the answer.

Need help getting started? Our personal trainers can design a program specifically for you. Our highly qualified instructors can fulfill the needs of the experienced students while helping new ones get started.

BRSC also offers a variety of fee-based classes for children to adults. Fee-based classes are open to both members and non-members. For more details about these classes, please refer to the “Fee-Based Classes” section of the website.
