Parties and Special Events Packages

BRSC offers many different packages that are suitable for birthdays, sports teams, scout troops, church groups, and end of school year celebrations. A reservation and a $50 non-refundable deposit are required for any booking.

Types of Packages Available:
Rock Wall     Exergym     Pool     Custom

The following days and times are available for parties:

Saturday–Sunday 10–11:30am 11:30am–1pm
1–2:30pm 2:30–4pm
6:00–7:30pm

Rock Wall
Every rock wall climbing party includes an instructor who will guide participants through a safe climbing orientation and remain with them for the entire time. The instructor will set up challenges and games as part of the experience. Climbers must be 5 years old and up.

A waiver of liability form must be filled out and signed by a parent or guardian prior to participating.

Each package includes 90 minutes of climbing time and use of equipment.

Basic Party

  • $26 per person, minimum of 10 required

Basic-PLUS Party 

  • PLUS use of space for celebration, allowing you to bring your own food and paper products (call for restrictions)

  • Our host/hostess will set up, serve, and clean up – best of both worlds

  • $32 per person, minimum of 10 required

Full Service Party

  • 45 minutes in lobby: 15 minutes pizza, 15 minutes cake, 15 minutes for present opening

  • Invitations included for downloading

  • We provide host/hostess, space rental, pizza, cake, drinks, all paper products, plus set-up and cleanup

  • $36 per person, minimum of 10 required

Exergym

Our interactive Exergym offers the latest in hi-tech, fitness, and fun all in one room. Suitable for all ages, it will surely be the most talked about party in town.

Every Exergym party includes an instructor who will guide participants through all safety and operational directions and remain with them for the entire time. The instructor will set up challenges and games as part of the experience. Exergym participants should be at least 5 years old, but some games are recommended for at least 7 years and up.

All participants must have a waiver of liability form filled out and signed by a parent or guardian.

Each package includes 90 minutes of climbing time and use of equipment.

Exergym features:

  • A 3-paneled, multi-functional sports wall with 21 targets and many games

  • Double mat Dance Revolution fitness game

  • Snowboarding simulator

  • The latest Wii Sports games with four “Wiimotes”

Basic Party

  • $26 per person, minimum of 10

Basic-PLUS Party 

  • PLUS use of space for celebration, may bring your own food and paper products (call for restrictions)

  • Our host/hostess will set up, serve, and clean up – best of both worlds

  • $30 per person, minimum of 10

Full Service Party

Pool  (Saturdays from 1–8pm, 60 minutes of pool time)
Every pool party includes an attendant who will provide toys and inflatables and remain with participants for the entire time. A lifeguard is always on deck.

Basic Pool Party

  • Play in the pool with toys and inflatables

  • $26 per person, minimum of 10

Basic-PLUS Party 

  • PLUS use of space for celebration, allowing you to bring your own food and paper products (call for restrictions)

  • Our host/hostess will set up, serve, and clean up – best of both worlds

  • $30.00 per person, minimum of 10

Full Service Party

Customize Your Own Party!

  • Minimum of 10 people and 2 or 3 activities

  • Add $10.00 to Basic, Full or Basic/PLUS packages for each additional activity – Rock wall, Xergym, Pool, Wallyball or Tennis (depending on availability)

Saturday Kid’s Night Out Sampler Parties (after 12pm)

  • All participants have to be at least 5 years and older

  • $48 per person for a 4-hour party, minimum of 10 required

  • Activities: rock wall, Exergym, pool, wallyball, and tennis (depending upon availability)

  • Includes invitation, pizza, cake, drinks, all paper products and host/hostess to set up, supervise all activities, serve food, and clean up

  • Please wear comfortable clothing and sneakers; bring swimsuit and towel

  • Kid’s Nite Out and rock wall waivers are required
